Introduction
Katyayani Ampelomyces quisqualis is a parasitic bio fungicide that effectively combats powdery mildew. This liquid formulation is rich in live Ampelomyces quisqualis fungi, which target and infiltrate the mildew’s structures, weakening it from within. As an eco-friendly alternative to chemical fungicides, it ensures safety for humans, animals, and the environment.

Target Diseases and Crops:

Disease: Powdery Mildew
Crops: Grapes, Chili, Mango, Cucumber, Cumin, Apple, Rose, Peas, Cucurbits, Blackgram, Peach, Pulses, Beans, Tobacco, Papaya, Cluster beans, and a variety of cereals, pulses, and horticultural crops.

Mode of Action: Ampelomyces quisqualis specifically attacks the powdery mildew fungus. It settles on the mildew’s threads and spores, then penetrates and grows within, gradually weakening the fungus. Over about a week, it forms small pods that release new spores, which disperse to find and combat other instances of powdery mildew.

Dosage:

Foliar Spray: 5-10 ml per acre.
