  1. What is KISANeSTORE?
    KISANeSTORE is the First Agro-eStore in India to launch complete range of agro-inputs & agro-services. You can access whole Ag-industry under one e-commerce platform to get all types of Agro Inputs like Bio-Pesticides, Seeds, Fertilizers, Insecticides, Tissue-Culture, Green House, Irrigation Systems, Cattle Care, Farm Machinery, Farm Equipments, Solar Products, etc.
  2. What is Public Login & VLE Login?
    There are two different portals of KISANeSTORE: One is for VLE & other one is for Public.

    By clicking on Public Login, you will be redirected to the portal of www.kisanestore.com and this portal is just for farmers & general public. Payments can be done by Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Net Banking.

    By clicking on VLE Login, you will be redirected to DigitalSeva portal, then VLE can auto-login into www.kisanestore.in with his valid CSC Id & password.
    www.kisanestore.in is for VLE, which can be accessed also through auto-login from CSC portal https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in . Payment can be done by CSC e-wallet only.
  3. What is My Account?
    My Account is personal account for Customer in KISANeSTORE, from which he/she is able to access his profile, order history, address book, return request, newsletter subscription, etc. Nobody else can see this account without valid login.
  4. How do I Register in KISANeSTORE?
    New Customer has to fill his contact details only once in a simple form to get registered in KISANeSTORE. He/She can edit his profile any time. On successful registration, Customer gets registration email from KISANeSTORE. Registration process can be done at the time of ordering also.
  5. What is My User Id for login?
    Your user id is your email id & phone number, both at a time in system, so you will never forget your user id.
    You will feel user friendly experience with dual login id.
  6. How to Reset my Password?
    If you forget your password, you can easily reset the password by clicking on link “forgotten password” below login window & new password will be sent to your registered email.
  7. Is it Necessary for Customer to Register at KISANeSTORE to avail services & products?
    Yes, once you have to register yourself at KISANeSTORE.com. By this simple registration KISANeSTORE updates your latest contact details & perfect postal address in the system for future transactions. Customer registration is free of cost. You can edit your profile anytime if required.

    It’s very simple you don’t require any login during surfing the portal. You have to login with your user id & password just before or after ordering any products, you need to login to access details of your account.
  9. How can I learn to use KISANeSTORE?
    As your account is created, you will get a registration email from KISANeSTORE & you will get information to access KISANeSTORE. Customer can ask for any of his queries anytime by contacting KeS helpdesk. Registration email from KISANeSTORE also has brief information for using the portal.

    KISANeSTORE sends newsletters through email to the subscriber about the latest news regarding the services, products, offers & schemes of KISANeSTORE. We don't send unnecessary junk email. Generally, there are only 1 or 2 emails per month.

    You can subscribe or unsubscribe newsletter anytime you wish from 'My Account' at KISANeSTORE after login.

  16. Whether my personal details are safe if I share them with KISANeSTORE?
    Yes, it is safe, KISANeSTORE do not share any personal detail with any outsiders.
  17. If I don’t shop for 6 months or more, then KISANeSTORE would delete my account?
    No, KISANeSTORE won't delete any customer account.
    Customer account stays live forever at KISANeSTORE until you have valid login id & password.
  18. How to Submit Inquiry?
    Customer can submit Enquiry for Big Products or for the products which needs consultation before purchase.
    On product page, fill all required details of customer, insert captca and click on submit inquiry button.
    Manufacturer of that product will directly contact customer by phone call or email & will give information about the product price, subsidies, bank loans, etc.
  19. In how much time would dealer contact customer after submitting inquiry?
    Generally, concerned dealer call or send informative email within 24 hours.
    It may take long time depending on the product or type of inquiry. You will not get any call if your area is not serviceable.
  20. How to buy a Product?
    It’s very simple, just like other e-commerce platforms.
    Customer can buy Agri-Inputs showing button of ‘Add to Cart’. Payment can be done using your Credit card, Debit card, UPI or Net banking. Which will be processed by PayUmoney gateway & you also need to register yourself at PayUmoney.
  21. How many products can be added in Shopping Cart at a time?
    Customer can process multiple products at a time with unlimited quantity in Shopping Cart.
    Quantity of the item can be increased more than 'Minimum Order Quantity' in Shopping Cart.
  22. What If ordered product is not delivered to the customer?
    KISANeSTORE is bound & responsible until the product is delivered perfectly. Generally it doesn't happen, even though in case if the parcel is not received within 30 days, KISANeSTORE will send a new parcel for the same order.
  23. What if the product delivered Damaged / Broken?
    In case if you receive damaged or broken product, Rest assured, KISANeSTORE will replace broken part immediately. If you receive damaged or broken product, please contact Help Desk of KISANeSTORE and they will guide you for everything. You have to send us 4-5 photographs of broken parts immediately.
  24. How do I Get Product Delivery in rural Villages?
    Parcels upto 20 kg are been home delivered by Indian Postal Department.
    Parcels above 20 kg will be delivered by transport at your nearest town place. You have to take delivery from transport office & you have to manage further transportation at your own cost.
  25. How to make payment?
    Payment can be done using your Credit card, Debit card, UPI or Net banking. Which will be processed by PayUmoney gateway & you also need to register yourself at PayUmoney.
  26. Can I buy less quantity than minimum order quantity?
    No, you cannot order less than minimum order quantity as system will not allow you to do so.
  27. Can I buy more quantity than minimum order quantity?
    Yes, you can order more than minimum order quantity, you can increase the quantity in product page or shopping cart while checkout.
  28. What is bulky product?
    Product weighing above 20 kg is called bulky product.
  29. How will I get the delivery of bulky product?
    Bulky product above 20 kg will be delivered by transport at your nearest town place. You have to take delivery from transport office & you have to manage further transportation at your own cost.
  30. Do I have to pay extra for bulky products?
    Not actually to KISANeSTORE while shopping.
    But, you have to take delivery from transport office situated at your nearest town place & you have to manage further transportation at your own cost.
  31. How can I track the parcel of the ordered product online?
    As we dispatch the parcel, we send you an email with all tracking details.
    If you cannot track your parcel, please contact our helpdesk, tell your order number & they will tell you the status of your parcel.
  32. Which amount i have to pay to buy Products?
    You have to pay exact amount of offer price displayed on KISANeSTORE. As, offer price includes everything like taxes, postage for all India free delivery, etc.
  33. What is minimum order quantity?
    Minimum order quantity is the quantity that you have to buy atleast while ordering the product with this clause. Generally we calculate it from average requirement of the farmer. You are able to increase the quantity but cannot decrease from the minimum quantity.
  34. Can I Modify My delivery address after placing the order?
    Yes, you can modify your delivery address at the time of address confirmation call. KISANeSTORE generally confirms delivery address of received orders as a routine process. If you miss it during confirmation call, you cannot change it afterwards as we dispatch parcel immediately after address confirmation. If your phone cannot be reach due to any reason, we process the dispatch according to your order details & in this case also you cannot claim modification of your delivery address.
  35. When and how can I Cancel my Order?
    You have chance to cancel your order before we dispatch your parcel.
    To cancel order, call our customer support number 09033360088 & they will guide you according to possibilities. Cancelation charges, return charges & return postage charges will be applied as per the policies of KISANeSTORE & PayUmoney.
  36. What will be the estimated Delivery time?
    General delivery time is within 3 to 7 days but it may vary due to product type, source & destination.
  37. What are the delivery charges?
    There are no extra delivery charges as it is included in offer price. We suggest you to see delivery terms of bulky products as there may be some excluded cost.
  38. Does KISANeSTORE deliver pan India?
    Yes, we deliver products in all deepest parts of rural India, subject to the reach of Indian postal department.
  39. What is KISANeSTORE’s Return Guarantees?
    You can return the product of KISANeSTORE only if:
    - The product is unused & intact.
    - If the product is not been tampered.
    - If the product is not damaged by your miss-handling.
    - If the product is not expired.
    - If the product is not covered under non-returnable policy of the respective vendor.
    We also suggest you to check Guaranty / Warranty clause displayed on the product page as well as at the bottom link of the portal.
  40. What are the modes of refund available after cancelations & returns?
    After following the norms of cancelation or return and if you are liable for refund, you will surely get refund by any of the following possible modes:
    - You may get refund according to norms of PayUmoney.
    Or
    - KISANeSTORE will anyway find the appropriate way to refund by consulting you. (In case of non-delivery of the consignment due to any other reason, 100% money will be refunded back to the customer. In case of refusal to accept the parcel, 5% amount will be charged from the refusing farmer as cancellation/postage charges. In case of returns or exchanges, all expenses like transportation, filled GST, gateway charges, processing charges, etc will be deducted during refund.)

    KISANeSTORE lists only genuine products from renowned companies. In our brand section you can see the name of brands listed in KISANeSTORE.
  42. What is Feedback?
    You can interact with KISANeSTORE in many ways. In Feedback form, you can send us feedback or suggestions & also upload a file as an attachment. Your feedback is valuable for us to make our services better.
  43. What is Inquiry?
    You can interact with KISANeSTORE in many ways. In Inquiry form, you can inquire regarding agriculture inputs or services which are not listed in KISANeSTORE. You can ask us to list the product or service according to your requirement. You can also upload a file as attachment regarding your inquiry.
