Description:

Introduction Cymoxanil 8% + Mancozeb 64% W.P. is a systemic & contact fungicides effective for the control of downy mildew disease of grapes, late blight disease of Potato and tomato, Gummosis (Foot Rot) (Phytophthora palmivora) Citrus crops.
Time of Application Cymoxanil 8% + Mancozeb 64% W.P. should applied preventively to be repeated at 10-14 days interval depending on prevailing weather condition and disease pressure.
Direction of Use Plant Protection Equipment to be used: Recommendation for use as foliar spray using high volume spraying equipment such as Knapsack sprayer, rocking sprayer etc., 1. Completely drain equipment immediately after application. 2. Thoroughly rinse sprayer and flush the hoses, boom and nozzles with clean water. 3. Loosen and physically remove visible deposits. 4.Flush the entire system with clean water. 5.Do not clean near wells, water sources. COMPATIBILITY: Cymoxanil 8% + Mancozeb 64% W.P. is a compatible with commonly used insecticides and fungicides. Do not mix with products of alkaline nature.
Precautions 1. Read and follow all instruction on the label and leaflet very carefully. Save the container with label to show to the physician in case of accidental poisoning. 2. Do not inhale the content, Wear rubber gloves, goggles, face mask and protective clothing, while handling. Avoid remaining in drift of spray by applying the fungicides with the wind. 3. Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew betel leaves while spraying. 4. When spraying take care of spray drift. Do not spray if windy condition exist. 5. Do not fill the spray tank beyond three-fourth of its capacity. Clean the blocked nozzle by a thin wire or pin and never by blowing the same. 6. In case of any spillage on the body it should be washed with plenty of water. 7. Keep and wash personal protective equipment separately from other laundry. 8. Always change clothing and take a bath as soon as fungicidal treatment is completed. 9. Call a physician immediately if any symptoms of poisoning appear in a person who is using or has recently used the fungicides.
Signs And Symptoms Of Poisoning 1.Ingestion of this material may cause temporary central nervous system depression with dizziness, confusion, in coordination, drowsiness of unconsciousness and weight loss .nervous system depression with dizziness, confusion, incoordination, drowsiness of unconsciousness and weight loss. 2.Inhalation or eye contact may cause eye irritation with discomfort, tearing pain or blurred vision, irritation of the nose and throat with sneezing, sore throat or running nose and incoordination. 3.Skin contact may cause irritation with itching, burning, redness, swelling, discomfort or rash.
First Aid Measures 1. In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Call a physician. 2. If inhaled, remove to fresh air, If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Call a physician. 3. If swallowed, immediately give 1 to 2 glasses of water and induct vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a physician 4. If on skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
Drug Therapy (Anti-Dote) No specific antidote available, treat symptomatically.
Phytotoxity Cymoxanil 8% + Mancozeb 64% W.P. is not phytotoxic if used as per recommendation.
Storage x1. Do not store or consume food, drink or tobacco in area where they become contaminated with this material. 2. Store the fungicides in its original pack tightly closed away from the reach of children, irresponsible persons and livestock in a separate rooms, away from the rooms used for storing foodstuffs, animals feeds and other articles, under lock and key. 3. The rooms or premises meant for storing shall be well built, cool, dry, well lit and ventilated and should be of sufficient dimensions to avoid contamination with vapour. 4. Transport the fungicides in such a manner so as not to come in contact with foodstuff and animals feed.
Disposal Of Containers 1. Empty container should not be re-used. 2. Destroy the empty containers after use and burry them half meter deep in solid always from habitation. 3. Surplus spray material of washing from machines and containers should be disposed off in a safe manner so as to prevent environment and water pollution.
