- If the product is damaged in transit, inform our helpdesk immediately and do not start using a damaged product. You will get a replacement of a specific damaged part or the whole product, depending on the type of damage. A customer has to send a photo of a damaged product via WhatsApp or Email for immediate response. Minor damages are not liable for replacement.
- Product specification does not include color; the actual color may vary with respect to the displayed color on the website.
Guarantee / Warranty of products are stated in the following categories.
If any seeds are not as stated by the producer on the label of the packet, Only the Seed producing company will be liable for any Guarantee/Warranty issue in these seeds.

Farmer has to pay only shipping charges up to Ahmedabad (to & fro) in case of repairing.
10-year warranty in 30W/ 40W solar panel, no warranty for breakage solar panel. The warranty will be applicable only to technical problems.

6 months warranty in 18Ah Amron make battery.
No guarantee/ warranty for the burned or damaged system.

In the guarantee period: No charge for parts and service, In the warranty period: No charge for service, only part charges is applicable.
Farmer has to pay only shipping charges up to Ahmedabad (to & fro) in case of repairing.

Any defects due to improper installation techniques, voltage, and load conditions will not be covered.
